ABOUT VINNY'S HOME INSPECTIONS

Vinny Lana is a Certified Professional Inspector and a member in good standing with InterNACHI or International Association of Certified Home Inspectors.  He is licensed (#16000098329) and insured in the state of New York.  Inspections include Single Family and Multi-Family homes, as well as Coops and Condominiums.

MORE ABOUT YOUR INSPECTOR

I was employed for 31 years as a construction laborer with NYC DEP.  After my retirement I completed a thorough home inspection course with American Real Estate School and trained under highly qualified individuals prior to receiving my New York State license and starting Vinny's Home Inspections.  I am a member in good standing with InterNACHI Association of Home Inspectors.


In addition, I am certified  by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation to perform termite inspections.


Making sure my customers are completely satisfied and confident in the decision they make regarding the purchase of their new home, is my number one priority.
